 INTO THE MIND AND MANNER OF JULIET...'S MOM

PHYSICALITY

Juliet's mother is average height and Hispanic with dark hair, just like her daughter. She is a kind-looking woman with warm brown eyes. The aura that surrounds her is approachable.

COSTUMING

We only see Juliet's mom in her work outfit. It isn't casual, but not yet formal either; very much an office job outfit. She is an accountant, and this outfit reflects that semi-formal attire so commonly worn in that occupation. We stuck with the color brown as her main color, only putting her in neutral-colored clothing. This is to reflect her reliability as a mother, but keep her in her placement of side character.

PROPS

Juliet's mom carries around a purse, brown to match with her color scheme. Another prop of hers is her car, which has a gray exterior, again a neutral color. It's an SUV, so a very stereotypical mom car. The inside, though, has red interior, which is reflective of the mother herself: there is much more to her than just what she presents, a lot of things go on inside her head.

PERSONALITY

This character's demeanor is sweet. Her world surrounds working and Juliet; she is a single mother. She's great to hold a conversation with and will keep you entertained by cracking a few jokes. She's kind of the stereotypical mother, putting aside herself for the needs and wants of her children. For this reason, she doesn't have many hobbies other than reading.

MENTALITY

Juliet stopped talking to her mom about deep things a long time ago. Her mother doesn't pry, but on the inside, she is worried, constantly. You can see it in the look on her face when she is near Juliet. She wants to help, but doesn't know how. This anxiety riddles her, but not to the point of being unable to function.
